These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jeetb platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services accessible at jeetb.ws. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing jeetb, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to statutes, regulations, or license conditions include all amendments and replacements thereof. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the jeetb Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. jeetb enforces age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold one active jeetb account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. jeetb uses technical and verification measures to detect and prevent multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and winnings voided.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any deliberate misrepresentation, including the use of a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). jeetb may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or as required under applicable regulations. You agree to provide all documents requested, including but not limited to national identity card, CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. jeetb is an English-language platform operated for the Pakistani market. Residents of certain jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the Platform at their own legal risk. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of jeetb is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify jeetb immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jeetb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your account, including b ets placed and transactions processed, is your sole responsibility. jeetb treats all instructions received through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
3.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access jeetb is free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. jeetb accepts no liability for account compromises resulting from insecure devices or networks.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jeetb supports the following PKR-native payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at jeetb's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeetb accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations on the account. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier section. jeetb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal amounts, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding defined thresholds.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. jeetb may request evidence that deposited funds originate from a payment method registered in your name.
4.5 No Refunds on Settled Bets. Funds used to place bets that have been settled — whether won or lost — cannot be refunded. Unsettled funds (e.g., pending bets) may be returned to your account balance upon cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event, subject to jeetb's bet settlement rules.
4.6 Currency. jeetb operates exclusively in PKR. All displayed balances, stakes, odds payouts, and transaction amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. jeetb does not charge currency conversion fees as no conversion is required for Pakistani account holders.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the jeetb Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that remain unmet at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. jeetb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, associated winnings, or withdrawal where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. jeetb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the conditions of a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their eligible winnings honoured.
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on jeetb are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20, Test matches, and bilateral series — are governed by jeetb's cricket betting rules as published on the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or incomplete play, settlement rules as stated will apply.
6.2 Odds and Market Availability. Odds are subject to change up to the time a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed constitute the final odds for that wager. jeetb reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino games, including live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), slots, Super Keno, and Bombing Fishing, are governed by the individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures under independent oversight.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. jeetb reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed on markets that have already been suspended at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
6.5 Error and System Faults. In the event of a pricing error, technical fault, or system malfunction that results in an obviously incorrect outcome, jeetb reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake. jeetb will not be held liable for losses resulting from system outages, connectivity failures, or third-party software errors.
7.1 General Prohibitions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetb Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
7.2 Fraud Detection. jeetb employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Where fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct is identified, jeetb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, void winnings, and permanently close the affected account(s). All relevant records may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
7.3 Chargebacks. Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to jeetb constitutes fraud. jeetb will actively contest such chargebacks and may pursue recovery of amounts through all available legal means.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the jeetb Platform, including but not limited to the jeetb brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to jeetb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. jeetb grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jeetb.
8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games hosted on the Platform are provided under licence from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles, graphics, and mechanics remain with the respective game developers and licensors.
9.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the jeetb Platform is also governed by jeetb's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how jeetb collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
9.2 Data Processing. By registering an account on jeetb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of KYC documentation, transaction data, gameplay records, and communication history for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations.
9.3 Data Retention. jeetb retains account and transaction records for the periods required under its international gaming license conditions and applicable data protection regulations. Closed accounts remain subject to data retention obligations.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetb excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — even where jeetb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where jeetb is found liable to you for any reason arising under or in connection with these Terms, jeetb's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeetb account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Content. jeetb is not liable for the accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party game content, odds feeds, or data services integrated into the Platform. Any disputes concerning individual game outcomes from certified RNG providers must be directed to jeetb support for review under the applicable game provider's certification records.
12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your jeetb account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
12.2 Closure by jeetb. jeetb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure initiated by jeetb for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be dealt with in accordance with jeetb's obligations under its gaming license, which may include holding funds pending investigation or returning them to the originating payment method.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jeetb's international gaming license jurisdiction.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact jeetb support in the first instance via live chat or at the contact email provided below. The majority of disputes can be resolved informally and promptly through this channel. jeetb aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
13.3 Formal Dispute Procedure. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure described in jeetb's Complaints Policy, available upon request from support. Where a dispute remains unresolved after the formal procedure, players may have recourse to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under jeetb's gaming license framework.
13.4 Time Limitation. Any claim or dispute arising under these Terms must be raised within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this limitation period will not be considered.
14.1 Right to Amend. jeetb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jeetb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via the Platform, account notification, or registered email address.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jeetb Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.1.
14.3 Version Control. The current effective version of these Terms is dated 1 January 2026. Previous versions of these Terms are available from jeetb support upon request.
